As a Hairstylist, Fitness Trainer and Entreprenuer, I have spent my entire life encouraging and transforming the lives of countless women. Sadly, my own life was often lacking direction and fulfillment. 

Eventually, I got fed up. The year I turned 50 I decided to start a new chapter in my life. I took everything I had learned spiritually and professionally and I turned the page on my own life story, forging a new beginning.

I began dreaming new dreams, creating new projects and inviting other women to join me in the quest of creating a strong body, a focused mind and a willing soul.
