Encouragement Tip #1 - When was the last time you listened to music you can really sing to? You know, like music from your high school years? What about dancing? When we sing and move our body, we soon feel better. Science actually backs this up. Search up some old music or something new you like and sing like no one is listening. Move your body. I’m not kidding this will absolutely lighten your load. Do this often. Turn off the news and the podcasts or radio talking about the election and enjoy your life.
Once you have cast your vote, other than pray, you can’t do a darn thing to change the outcome, so sing and dance! The people in the car next to you will enjoy the show!
Encouragement Tip #2 - Get outside! Go for a walk or simply sit outside and let the sunshine hit your face, which by the way, is really helpful for mood and sleep. When we immerse ourselves in sunlight in the morning, it is actually beneficial all day. Open the blinds. Open the sunroof. Roll down the windows. Creation shouts of new beginnings and opportunites.
