Encouragement Tip #1 - What you listen to matters! It’s easy to get sucked into the misinformation, the slander, the hate. Instead, consider downloading these apps or similar apps that will help you feel better, not worse.The Bible app and The Abide app have the capability to either be read or it will read to you. There are plans you can follow, sleep stories and more. When anxiety comes knocking, tune in your ears to some truth. Which, but the way, is how I have it labeled in my phone.  
Encouragement Tip #2- Yippee, it’s the weekend! Maybe it's time to change your scenery. I mentioned yesterday that getting out of your house is a great way to get unstuck. Let’s take it a step farther. Where can you go or what can you do to change your view for the weekend or even just a few minutes? Take a drive and look at the Fall leaves. Go visit that little town you used to love to walk around. Walk your neighborhood or stroll in a nearby park. One of my favorite things to do is hike. Many hikes are very easy at the beginning. Even if you only walked for a few minutes out in nature, you may be astounded by how good it feels.
